FlexCut Maxx Matte Finish Heat Transfer Vinyl is a premium, matte-finish polyurethane (PU) HTV engineered for precision cutting, easy weeding, and long-lasting wash durability. Its thin, flexible construction lays down a smooth, non-glossy matte finish with a soft hand, making it ideal for fashion apparel, sportswear, promotional wear, and custom crafting.

Available in 46 colors and three roll widths – 12", 15", and 20" – to suit everything from small, detailed designs to large-format production runs.

Application Instructions

Cut & Weed – Mirror your design and cut with a vinyl cutter or plotter.
Pre-Press – Press the garment for 2–3 seconds to remove moisture.
Press & Transfer – Apply at approximately 305–315°F (150–157°C) for 15–20 seconds using medium pressure.
Peel – Hot or warm peel the carrier sheet for a clean, professional finish.
Final Press (Optional) – Re-press for an additional 5 seconds for enhanced durability.
