The Neck Protrusion Pallet lets you load large shirts onto a smaller pallet while keeping full control of alignment. The neck extension gives you a positive registration point, so shirts load quickly and land in the same place every time.
When print placement is critical, this geometry holds exact alignment better than any other pallet shape. A misaligned print is a reject — the neck protrusion design is how you minimize them on a run.
On a standard 16" x 22" pallet, the front print area is 16" x 19". Available in the full size range from 10" x 16" up to 22" x 30".
