OPTI 925 Mild Lacquer Wash-Up – All Solvent Series

OPTI 925 Mild Lacquer Wash-Up (formula T-925) is a mild-odor, non-aggressive screen and tool wash for the entire Total Ink solvent ink line. It cuts ink residue from screens, squeegees, spatulas and equipment — keeping the mesh open and prints sharp — without the harsh fumes of an aggressive solvent.

⚠ Industrial use only. A solvent-based screen wash for industrial screen printing. Keep away from apparel and skin contact.

What it works with

A general-purpose wash-up for all Total Ink solvent series:

• 10000 Multi-Vac, 20000 Epoxy, 30000 Topcoat
• 40000 / 43000 Vinyl, 66000 Polyurethane
• 76000 Polyester, 80000 Coroplast

For heavier, faster cutting on stubborn dried ink, step up to OPTI 902 Lacquer Wash-Up.

How to use

• Apply OPTI 925 directly to the screen, squeegee or tool.
• Let it dwell 1–2 minutes to break down the ink.
• Wipe or rinse with a clean rag or solvent-resistant wash system.
• Allow screens and tools to air dry before reuse.
