The Saati LTS 8012 is a high-resolution, glass-free vertical direct-laser CTS imaging and exposure unit for high-volume screen rooms. It combines direct laser computer-to-screen technology with automated exposure — no film, no vacuum frame, no registration errors. A 128-laser diode array with an 847–5080 DPI range images and exposes one stencil up to 45×66" (or multiple smaller stencils together) from a PC with optional RIP software (1-bit TIFF).
Long-life LED lasers give consistent exposure, and multiple resolution settings tailor imaging to the job.
