IMPORTANT MIXING INSTRUCTIONS:

⚠ This ink requires a Nylon Catalyst for proper adhesion.

• Catalyst Mix Ratio: Add 15% - 20% Nylon Catalyst by weight.
• Mix Only What You Need: Once the catalyst is added, the ink will harden over time. Do not mix more than you can use within your printing session.
• Unmixed ink remains usable indefinitely, but hardened ink cannot be reused.

Application Guidelines:

✔ Mesh Count: 110–160 for optimal opacity and coverage.
✔ Flash Temperature: 250°F (121°C) for 3-5 seconds.
✔ Curing Temperature: 320°F - 330°F (160°C - 165°C) for 40-50 seconds.
✔ Squeegee: 65-75 durometer, medium to firm pressure.
✔ Printing Technique: Medium flood stroke with a firm print stroke for even ink deposit.
✔ Post-Pressing: A quick double press is recommended for enhanced durability.

Safety & Storage Recommendations:

✔ Store in a cool, dry place between 65-90°F (18-32°C).
✔ Use protective gloves and ensure proper ventilation while handling.
✔ Do not leave mixed ink exposed to air for extended periods—hardened ink cannot be reused.
